Online Training Included - The 9 Steps To Start-up:

This training will be covered in 9 separate training videos

Laptop Demonstration - This will cover all of the basics of the laptops that we use with one of our packages (laptop not included with this bundle) - from software demonstration to building templates, tracing images, working with layers, importing designs + much more. We build a phone case and a mug template using Photoshop Elements and we will show you some nifty tricks. We also give some tips on how to save and store your files. **You will need to ensure that you have a decent spec laptop or pc and the relevant software.
Sublimation Printer Set-up - We show you how to add the ink to the printer & set the printer up for optimum performance, going over all of the settings and showing how the colour profile is set up (even though we do this for you it's still handy to know how it's done) and we print out a phone case and mug template that we will make with the heat press in the next steps.
Vinyl Cutter Set-up - Setting the cutter up from scratch, we show you everything that you will need to know about the settings and getting the blade positioned correctly. We will also design some text and show you how to trace designs/logos enabling you to cut them out on your cutter/plotter. We cut the design out that we have created and we show you the best way of weeding (getting rid of excess vinyl)
General Heat Press Info - We cover safety and and basic set up information in this lesson, how to set the machines, where to place the machines and general maintenance of the machines.
Flat Clam Heat Press Tutorial - In this section we make a vinyl print t-shirt, a heat transfer print t shirt, a sublimation print t-shirt, phone case, mouse mat and jigsaw puzzle, This shows the different methods and times/temps etc for each different method and product substrate.
Mug Heat Press Tutorial - We make a mug from scratch showing you how to do this properly - getting perfect results time and time again. Times and temps are really important with this one as well as the pressure of the heat press. We cover everything.
Cap Heat Press Tutorial - Again we cover times, temps and pressure settings - making a cap, hat and doing some other items that this machine is used for that you wouldnt think of - showing the machines cool versatility.
Pocket Heat Press Tutorial - You guessed it times, temps and pressure settings again. We make a pocket design on a t-shirt - but we also make a couple of other items that this machine is used more for in a printing business - because of its size and versatility this is used for numerous other items.
Website Integration - We also offer a website package in our extras section so we cover this as well in this lesson. We cover how to transfer the site from us and some other basic help getting you started. We also explain about the comprehensive help you get going forward in this lesson - if you choose a web package.

Please note that if you opt for a start up bundle from us we don't offer any support in setting a laptop and software up.

Cash on Collection - You are welcome to collect your equipment from us and pay this way if you are local enough, you will need a small van or an estate car though as the boxes are very big.
Returns are always accepted. They must adhere to our terms and conditions. A full set can be found on the website or you can ask us and we will email you a set over.

Returns must be made within a set time period of 28 days and items must be unused and in the original packaging in which they were delivered.

Returns should be made as soon as possible, things go wrong and we are always here to help.

All items returned will be checked by us and if we deem an item to be damaged or not working due to user error, we will notify you and a refund or replacement will not be eligible.

Exchanges will be allowed if you would prefer a different item/equipment, this again must be within 28 days.
1 - Can I come to take a look at the equipment before I decide to make a purchase and would I need an appointment?

Yes you are more than welcome to come and view the machines and see some of the cool things that you will be able to make, you would need to make an appointment so that you don't turn up and nobody is here.

2 - Are the Heat Press machines CE stamped and safe for Uk use?

Yes all of our machines come with a CE stamp, they are also P.A.T tested and then packaged securely.

3 - How does the warranty work?

If you get a problem, please let us know and we can advise you of the next step, if the item can not be repaired then it will be replaced within 5 working days of receiving it back. We pride ourselves on using excellent equipment but problems can arise, its nice for you to know that we are on your side and will help as swiftly as possible.

4 - What methods of print can I do with this equipment?

You can make anything that is sublimation, heat transfer or vinyl print with this equipment.

5 - If I come to view the equipment could I have a demo of the machines working before i commit to buy ?

Yes if you come to us to view the equipment, we will give you a quick demo of the heat press machines and operations of them, however no training will take place, nor equipmnet leave us until a purchase is confirmed.

6 - What Payment methods are available?

7 - How much profit can i expect to make?

This is a difficult question to answer, it will all depend on what work you put in. If you are marketing your business well then you will do very well, if you don't put the work in then yes, you guessed it you won't do very well..

8 - Why Should we buy our equipment from you?

The choice is totally yours about where you decide to buy your equipment from, what you will get from us is a totally unbiased approach about what it is that you actually need. If you need lots of components to get yourselves up and running then we could sell you a business start up bundle. If you need a laptop and set up service with training and guidance then we have our business start up packages.

Lets not forget that we also make all of the items that you will be making ourselves, we dont just sell equipment - we actually print things too..

This enables us to give you the correct advice, if you need advice on getting the temperature right for a certain substrate or product then you can almost guarantee we cover it in the training videos and paperwork.

9 - Where would I buy my sublimation blanks, vinyl and clothing from after I have my equipment?

Again there is lots of places you can get all of this stuff, we will give you some advice if required and let you know who sells the best blanks etc.

10 - What is Sublimation Printing ?

Sublimation is a printing process developed only around 30-35 years or so ago, so it is fairly new and it has only really became a mainstream process for small format use in the last 10-15 years or so really..

The sublimation process is quite a nifty way of printing, basically you heat the item up that you want to print (mug, phone case, rock slate etc) with the sublimation paper attached to it and the ink evaporates at the baking temperature beneath the polymer or polyester layer of the product without it turning in to a liquid.

If you make a mug it is actually dishwasher safe and fade resistant, this is because once printed the ink goes under the outer layer of the actual mug and not on top of it.

To print with this method you would need a heat press machine, a sublimation printer and the relevant software to design your products like Photoshop (also elements) or Corel Draw etc.

11 - How Long is The Online Training ?

The training vidoes are over a total of 3 hours, the great thing about this is that you can pause, rewind and rewatch all of them as many times as you like.

12 - If I buy a start-up package from you and decide after a few days that it isn't for me, can I get a refund ?

We will always help with any problems that you may have - a refund will be available but it must adhere to our terms and conditions.
